Wheelie Easy Holidays 2010/2011 Wheelie Easy Holidays are aimed at people who need a little help to enable them to enjoy a break from their home environment. Our bus can take two wheelchairs, or one large 3 or 4-wheeled scooter, and up to six passengers.
We are a private company, and receive no funding from government. All prices are based on the costs involved in each holiday.

RDA Horse Skills Camp (2 nights)
$560 all inclusive except RDA Membership.

Radically Different Arts (RDA) Camp (2 nights)
$400 all inclusive.
No previous experience with the arts required. Photography, painting, pencil drawing, paper mache, and play acting. Campfire and games.

Your Wheelie Easy holiday price includes: -

• Pick up from your accommodation on the Tablelands, in Cairns, and occasionally in Innisfail.

• All meals, morning & afternoon teas, entry fees and activities unless indicated otherwise, accommodation - except when a customer chooses alternative accommodation, and transport using a wheelchair accessible vehicle.

• Trained disability workers 24/7 - Ratio 3 guests : 1 holiday support staff. Higher support needs will incur additional charges. Holiday participants who are independent and do not require support pay a reduced holiday cost.

• CD with photographs and holiday diary of the week/end within one month of the event.

Payment -

Due to increased demand for all Wheelie Easy holidays and weekends, applicants are encouraged to book and pay for their holiday in 2010 as soon as possible to secure a place. Wheelie Easy will not exceed the maximum number of six customers per holiday.
An invoice will be issued when an application for a holiday is lodged.

Refunds -

In the case of unexpected illness or other circumstances beyond holiday applicant's control, we refund all your payments minus any funds not refundable to Wheelie Easy such as accommodation booking fees and provisions already purchased.

Insurance -
-
Wheelie Easy is a Tour Operator and not a Travel Agent. This means we cannot offer travel insurance as part of the holiday/weekend package. We strongly advise customers to consider taking out travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as illness (and you cannot actually attend the holiday) or loss of expensive personal items such as cameras.

Accommodation -
-
Wheelie Easy provides tents which are high enough to stand up in and are suitable for wheelchair users. We use solid stretchers and provide bedding. Two customers share one tent. People may choose to sleep in their own/borrowed tent instead of the Wheelie Easy tent. Bring own pillow and pillowcase.
